Mattias and Hanna's training weekend!
Welcome to the very first Mattias & Hanna´s trainingcamp!
We are both happy and proud to invite you to this unique workshop that takes place in Stockholm 20-22 march 2020. Our passion is intensive and fun Lindy classes with a strong base in the roots. Our raw, natural and energetic way of dancing and teaching will inspire you to take your dancing to a new level. And, like always, we will have a good time together!
The camp takes place close to Mörby centrum which is 12 minuter from the citycenter so take the chance to visit Stockholm- Venice of the north.

Teaching tips and excercises
Get tools to find your voice, style, purpose and motivation as a teacher
Basic airsteps. Classic, more technique than strength. We brake everything down into pieces so you safely can learn the moves. Adapted to the wishes of the students.
Advanced airsteps. Harder, faster, higher. Adapted to the wishes of the students.
Fast lindy routine and technique
A classical structure that we take up in tempo and figures that fits to faster tempos.
Comp and show
“T’aint what you do, it’s the way that you do it”. Focus is personality, partnership and presence.
Rhythm footwork and variations in Lindy
Rhythm variation to challenge both your understanding of rhythm and your ability to interact with your partner.
Authentic solo jazz
All the classic jazzsteps but with a new way to develop them and put them into a new context.
Understanding the many layers of jazzmusic and to be a part of the rhythm section of the band, playing the harmony or taking a excentric solo!

On Saturday night there is open practise where we will be around to answer questions and to socialdance offcourse and you can practise with the other students.
