Mattias LundmarkBiographyMattias is an extremely versatile artist with great success in many fields. As a dancer he has been member of the internationally recognized show-group Harlem hot shots for over 10 years. . His latest appearance was on the British TV–show ”Strictly come dancing” where he performed with Dougie Mills (Tapdogs) in a tap number choreographed by Ryan Francois, tributing the Nicholas Brothers. Mattias was the assisting choreographer and tap coach for ”Singing in the rain” which won nine awards, among them ”best choreography”, at prestigious Guldmasken 2007. Both as body percussion and tap-dancer, he was seen in the contempary show ”rhythm instrument” at Sprechwerk, Hamburg 2008. He began dancing swedish folkdances at the age of twelve. Then he started to dance Lindy hop 1991 and also went into competing. He came on third place in the Lindy hop world championships 1997. That same year he joined The rhythm hot shots that later became Harlem hot shots. Training- 10 years of studying afro-american dances like Charleston, Black Bottom, Cakewalk, Big Apple, Tap and Lindy Hop (Jitterbug)
